What Signage can we put out to sell our home?
One 18" X 24" sign on your property in public view. If placing the sign on your fence, care must be taken not to damage the paint. On the day of an Open House only one additional sign or flag may be placed INSIDE your patio area. No signs or banners may be placed in the Association Common Area. The Association Common Area is the area beyond your patio pillars which includes all planters, grounds, interior sidewalks, streets and alleyways. The Association Common Area also includes all areas outside of the community between the perimeter fence and the sidewalks along Palm Ave and Seapoint Street to Pacific Coast Highway.

Yes, on two separate occasions, the BODs have investigated merging. The merger committee contacted attorneys and the steps to merger were identified and discussed. Before the HOs get a vote, all three BODs must agree to proceed. The three BODs have not agreed on this matter to date.
